Reiki sessions are deeply relaxing. Reiki facilitates healing on all levels: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Treat yourself to Reiki on a regular basis. You will notice the many benefits.
Reiki is done on a massage table, fully-clothed. The Reiki Practitioner lightly touches or holds his or her hands slightly above the client. It brings about feelings of deep peace and is especially helpful for stress reduction. I also teach Reiki Classes.
I also do Animal Reiki distance healing sessions.

Aromatherapy and Sound Healing may be included in your session at no additional charge.
